《马来西亚局内人》报道称，土著权威组织今天向警方举报“平反林连玉，制定教育平等法令”运动。
土著权威组织妇女组主任诺卡里拉（Norkhaila Jamaludin.）说，“华团要求方言学校（vernacular schools）和国民学校享有同等地位是违反宪法第152（2）条款，并且可被控煽动。”
报道称，土著权威组织认为，国民学校推广国语，因此应该获得优先对待，而不像方言学校那样。
斥林连玉叛国
诺卡里拉也评述平反林连玉运动。她说：“林连玉被褫夺公民权是因为背叛国家，而且其要求违反国家法律，并且还威胁国家安全。”
今年是华教运动先驱林连玉公民权被褫夺 50 周年纪念，共有68团体支持林连玉基金、教总、隆雪华堂等13个团体发起的“恢复林连玉公民权，制定教育平等法令”运动。主办单位也将筹集10万张签名明信片，以呈交予首相，表达运动诉求。 【点击：募十万明信片呈首相 81团体促平反林连玉】
“平反林连玉”运动提出两项诉求：一、平反林连玉：要求政府平反无理褫夺林连玉公民权案件，立即恢复其公民权和教师准证，并承认其为爱国者。二、制定教育平等法，公平对待母语教育：要求政府作出制度性补偿，纠正过去歧视母语教育的政策和措施，允许各源流学校自由发展，完成林连玉当年未竟的理想。
抨击乘政府疲弱而施压
根据土著权威组织网站的文告，该组织是根据《太阳报》有关平反运动的报道而知悉此事。网站还附上该报道的照片。
文告表示，该组织严正看待华人毫不间断地施压政府公平对待华小，并指华人忘记了政府其实十分宽大，让国民型学校运作至今。
文告表示，“他们（华人）还想重新以各种形式耍弄平等的议题，其实马哈迪当政时期，从来就没有理会这，而国民型学校至今还在运作”。
文告表示，“现在政府看来疲弱，上述施压动作背后或有奇异的力量在操纵，或是企图散播浓厚的共产主义思想，以便煽动一小撮华人，因此应该援引煽动法令提控他们”。
文告也呼吁，政府褫夺平反运动主办单位的公民权，并撤销其选民资格。
文告指出，无需恢复林连玉的公民权，“公民权已经被褫夺，已经去世26年，这就是说已经逝世多年，无需恢复公民权。背后一定有隐藏的东西，使得他们认真地要求平反林连玉。”
基督教青年团亦支持
“平反林连玉”运动是由13个华团发起的，即林连玉基金、教总、隆雪华堂、森华堂、校友联总、留台联总、福联会、永联会、留华同学会、马来亚南大校友会、马来西亚永春美山林氏家族会、林氏总会、华研。
第二阶段参与平反林连玉工委会的团体有68个，其中有：槟城华人华人大会堂、柔佛州中华总会、森州董联会、马六甲董联会、柔佛董联会、砂州西连民众中学董事会、马六甲老友联谊会、学运等。
值得注意的是，马来西亚基督教会联合会青年团亦参与其中。
另外，董总表明不参加“平反林连玉”运动，并且已经自行向首相递交备忘录，呼吁政府恢复林连玉公民权。
二大罪名褫夺公民权
根据林连玉基金的资料，林连玉出生于1901年，卒于1985年，是战后马来西亚最著名的华教运动领袖、公民社会先行者，主张“民族平等，共存共荣”，积极推动公民权运动，致力维护母语教育。他与沈慕羽等创办教总，在1954至1961年担任教总主席，为当时的董教总主要领导人。
1961年8月12日，公民登记局总监Ibrahim Ali致函，表明联邦政府援引宪法第25条，建议剥夺林连玉的马来亚公民权。其列出两大罪名：一、故意歪曲与颠倒政府教育政策，有计划的策动对最高元首及联合邦政府不满；二、动机含有极端种族性质，以促成各民族间的恶感与仇视，可能造成骚乱。
林连玉的教师执照也在1961年8月被吊销。林连玉在1963年出版的首部著作《回忆片片录》也在1963年被禁。
一般认为，林连玉被褫夺公民权的真正原因是强烈反对1960年拉曼达立报告书和1961年教育法令，两者要求所有华文中学接受政府津贴，改制成为政府中学。

世界极端组织

马来西亚前锋报与土著权威，一个是巫统党员的喉舌，一个是巫统老党员作后台搞鬼的喉舌组织，两个半斤八两，一唱一随，夫唱妇随的世界最极端主义思维的报馆与政府支持的组织，为何说是政府支持呢？
理由简单，这二半八已经是激起马来西亚各民族，宗教的敌视，仇恨，国阵的政府既然没有马上对付他们，对他们采取法律行动，关闭这二，却常常对付在野党，说明纳吉，内政部，警方是非常的偏袒半八。
我说前锋报与土著权威是半八是因为他们的思想，他们的思维总是建立在种族、宗教狭义的个人利益思维，他们冲不出那个井底，总是坐井观天。他们没有宽宏大量的心与各民族一起将马来西亚创造出一个先进，和平安宁的国家。他们并非真的是要为马来民族改造成能与世界竞争的民族，他们以误导性又及卑鄙的手段蒙骗压制马来民族及其他民族，为的是维护他们贵族，高官的利益。马来西亚过去可以累积更多的财富，更多的储备金也几乎被国阵成员党分享进囊。
单看砂州首长的财富，白亿身价与他当官所应得收入的比例，简直是不符得离谱。政府也没对柔佛州、沙巴州、马六甲首长、彭亨州等其他国阵的州属的首长与州务大臣要求呈报他们的财产公布给人民知。这还包括首相，副手首相等其他高官的呈报财产公布给于人民了解。
国阵政府的成员若不是为了个人利益，何以不敢要他们呈报财产及公开让人民了解呢？
因此，为了长期继续搜刮马来西亚的资源财富，为了己利，他们已开始了不是人类的思维，成为低级思想，违反了自己信仰的宗旨却又以自己所信仰的宗旨来乱指引，蒙骗的误导民众，他们才是真正的罪人，是人类的最恶根源，是必定要受自然天谴的惩罚，人民不会诅咒他们，他们比然会受到上天的谴责。
国阵的政府，前锋报，土著权威及其他极端的种族，宗教组织及破坏社会次序的支持者，人民不会诅咒他们，他们肯定会受到如阿富汗，伊拉克前总统胡先与奥萨马的自然天谴结果。
他们的思维，一个半斤，一个八两，还没达到世界和平，宽宏大量，不分种族，不分宗教的与人共同分享的道理。
他们根本没有一斤做人的道理。还是半八。

PAS leaders put down right wing paper’s latest fire

KUALA LUMPUR, May 9: PAS leaders have come together to slam right-wing group Perkasa’s mouthpiece Utusan Malaysia in its latest claim against DAP of a ‘Christian conspiracy’ to make Islam the religion of the Federation.
PAS president Tuan Guru Abdul Hadi Awang condemned the paper for being irresponsible in playing up communal issues to fan sentiments especially among the Malays Muslims.
Hadi reiterated that PAS, PKR and DAP have long agreed to defend the Federal constitution, among which makes Islam the official religion while ensuring freedom for other religions to be practised.
“This commitment is enshrined in Pakatan Rakyat’s common policy. Hence, the ploy played by certain media aiming to rouse the people’s sentiments especially among Malays Muslims that Malaysia would become a Christian state smacks of irresponsbile reporting,” Hadi told Harakahdaily.
Earlier, the UMNO-owned Utusan Malaysia’s headline on Saturday screamed “Christianity as Official Religion?”, basing its report on pro-UMNO bloggers. Referring to a meeting between various religious leaders with DAP at a hotel in Penang, the paper accused the party everything from wanting to make Christianity the official religion to ensuring the next prime minister would be from the Christian faith.
The paper said as such, the position of Islam in the country was being undermined.
However, Hadi said it was UMNO leaders who caused the religion to be weak and even its position being doubted.
“UMNO not only fails to strengthen Islam’s status as the religion of the federation but also failed to educate people on the real meaning of Islam. It has weakened Malay Muslims and left them confused and embroiled in social ills,” he added.
Vice president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man rubbished the report as baseless and dismissed the allegations.
“With all of DAP’s might, it cannot do what it is being accused of … even if it is under Pakatan Rakyat’s name.
“DAP will not propose such an illogical plan,” he said, urging authorities to act against those behind the allegation.
“Pakatan Rakyat at its earliest stages has openly declared that we will uphold the federal constitution, especially Islam as the official religion of this country,” he explained, adding that the allegation could not hold water not only due to its “baseless” claim but also judging by parliamentary realities.
Inaction on paper
Tuan Ibrahim said publication of such reports would have immediately brought an end to a newspaper.
“Just imagine if Harakah or Rocket does that, they will be punished and have their permits revoked. Such a double standard is why the media owned by the ruling party are getting more uncouth and daring to do a variety of things from broadcasing pornographic clips to publishing racist articles,” he said.
PAS Youth chief Nasrudin Hasan Tantawi meanwhile warned that Utusan’s could tense relationship between followers of different religions in the country.
He echoed other PAS leaders, saying that had UMNO been successful in abiding by Islamic tenets, such a speculation would not have been thought of.
“At the same time, other religions beside Islam will be at peace and be comfortable to practise their respective religions,” he said, adding that the latest issue only revealed UMNO was incapable of ensuring the country’s stability.

APRIL 26 — Dear Tan Sri Muhyiddin,
I really don’t want to exchange pleasantries with you but my parents brought me up to respect everyone, even those you can’t stand. So here goes; I hope this letter reaches you in the best of health, both mind and body.
For yonks I’ve viewed politicians with a lot of disdain and an unhealthy degree of suspicion. Could you blame me for having such a perception? I’ve seen countless politicians with so many different personas to cater to their target audience that they’d put a chameleon to shame.
Just a little under a fortnight ago, you spent a lot of time in my home state of Sarawak trying to drum up support for your coalition in view of the impending state elections. You spoke yourself hoarse propagating the 1Malaysia plan that was mooted by your boss, the PM himself.
Now that the Sarawak elections are over, you’ve shed another one of your many skins and have gone on to support the 1Melayu 1Bumiputera concept mooted by Utusan Malaysia. You were reported to have said that the concept reflected the aspirations of Malays in the country. “Is it good for Malaysians to not take into consideration the feelings of Malays, who are bumiputeras and the majority in the country? We cannot stop people from expressing their views although it does not make others happy … but some Chinese don’t know the feelings of Malays… the Malays know the feelings of Chinese,” you said.
You seem to speak as if the Malays are an oppressed lot amongst Malaysians. You speak as if the Chinese are the head honchos in the country. You speak as if you are 100% sure of the sentiments which you blurted out.
May I be so insolent as to ask you if Malaysia would be where it would be today if not for the contributions of the other races other than the majority race? Would Malaysia have prospered without the support of the other races? Heck, even the independence of Malaya was in no small parts due to the contributions of MCA and MIC.
The comparison may seem inappropriate, but I’ll say it anyway. There are some parallels to the Nazis of the early 20th centuries who propagate superiority of the Aryajenn race over the others.
I have always thought that the PM, his deputy as well as the cabinet was voted into office for Malaysians, regardless of race, religion or political affiliations. And as such you owe allegiance to the people, to Malaysians and not to any particular race or religion.
But you came out with the infamous declaration that you were a Muslim first, a Malay second and a Malaysian last. And till today, you’ve resisted any requests or pressure to retract that statement.
Being a Catholic Chinese Malaysian, should my allegiance be to the Vatican as the Catholic state, China as my heritage roots and finally to Malaysia as the country of my birth, in that order?
Let’s put an end to this hypocrisy shall we? Let’s have an open debate, telecast live or otherwise. A debate between a seasoned politician cum minister cum the number two guy in the country and a regular man on the street. A man who never had the privileges that came with a bumiputera status.
Lets talk about anything and everything under the sun that matters to the average joe/jane that many a Malaysian are. You get to pick the time, the place, the moderator etc. And I’ll make that date so we can speak our minds without fear to be judged by Malaysians.
And lest you hesitate, I’m not a member of any political party and nor do I intend to join any. I just feel that it’s time that you be put in your place for your obviously skewed viewed where religion and race is concerned in total contradiction of your supposed support for the 1 Malaysia concept.
And yes, we can have it in Bahasa Malaysia if that tickles your fancy. After all, you are at the heart of all the hare brained schemes to abolish PPSMI and to put in place MBMMBI to replace it. I really don’t want to exchange pleasantries with you but my parents brought me up to respect everyone, even those you can’t stand. So here goes; I hope this letter reaches you in the best of health, both mind and body.
For yonks I’ve viewed politicians with a lot of disdain and an unhealthy degree of suspicion. Could you blame me for having such a perception? I’ve seen countless politicians with so many different personas to cater to their target audience that they’d put a chameleon to shame.
Just a little under a fortnight ago, you spent a lot of time in my home state of Sarawak trying to drum up support for your coalition in view of the impending state elections. You spoke yourself hoarse propagating the 1Malaysia plan that was mooted by your boss, the PM himself.
Now that the Sarawak elections are over, you’ve shed another one of your many skins and have gone on to support the 1Melayu 1Bumiputera concept mooted by Utusan Malaysia. You were reported to have said that the concept reflected the aspirations of Malays in the country. “Is it good for Malaysians to not take into consideration the feelings of Malays, who are bumiputeras and the majority in the country? We cannot stop people from expressing their views although it does not make others happy … but some Chinese don’t know the feelings of Malays… the Malays know the feelings of Chinese,” you said.
You seem to speak as if the Malays are an oppressed lot amongst Malaysians. You speak as if the Chinese are the head honchos in the country. You speak as if you are 100% sure of the sentiments which you blurted out.
May I be so insolent as to ask you if Malaysia would be where it would be today if not for the contributions of the other races other than the majority race? Would Malaysia have prospered without the support of the other races? Heck, even the independence of Malaya was in no small parts due to the contributions of MCA and MIC.
The comparison may seem inappropriate, but I’ll say it anyway. There are some parallels to the Nazis of the early 20th centuries who propagate superiority of the Aryajenn race over the others.
I have always thought that the PM, his deputy as well as the cabinet was voted into office for Malaysians, regardless of race, religion or political affiliations. And as such you owe allegiance to the people, to Malaysians and not to any particular race or religion.
But you came out with the infamous declaration that you were a Muslim first, a Malay second and a Malaysian last. And till today, you’ve resisted any requests or pressure to retract that statement.
Being a Catholic Chinese Malaysian, should my allegiance be to the Vatican as the Catholic state, China as my heritage roots and finally to Malaysia as the country of my birth, in that order?
Let’s put an end to this hypocrisy shall we? Let’s have an open debate, telecast live or otherwise. A debate between a seasoned politician cum minister cum the number two guy in the country and a regular man on the street. A man who never had the privileges that came with a bumiputera status.
Lets talk about anything and everything under the sun that matters to the average joe/jane that many a Malaysian are. You get to pick the time, the place, the moderator etc. And I’ll make that date so we can speak our minds without fear to be judged by Malaysians.
And lest you hesitate, I’m not a member of any political party and nor do I intend to join any. I just feel that it’s time that you be put in your place for your obviously skewed viewed where religion and race is concerned in total contradiction of your supposed support for the 1 Malaysia concept.
And yes, we can have it in Bahasa Malaysia if that tickles your fancy. After all, you are at the heart of all the hare brained schemes to abolish PPSMI and to put in place MBMMBI to replace it. 馬華一點都不尊重民主，竟然幫巫統威脅及懲罰那些不支持國陣的華裔選民，但在巫統單方面邀請回教黨加入國陣，要壯大馬來人及回教團結時，卻不敢威脅及懲罰巫統。
（檳城2日訊）民主行動黨秘書長林冠英指出，馬華一點都不尊重民主，竟然幫巫統威脅及懲罰那些不支持國陣的華裔選民，但在巫統單方面邀請回教黨加入國陣，要壯大馬來人及回教團結時，卻不敢威脅及懲罰巫統。
他說，很明顯，這是典型的雙重標準，選民因實踐民主和選擇自由而被處罰，巫統可以在沒有咨詢或取得國陣成員黨，如馬華的同意下，為國陣做出單方面決定，卻不受懲罰。
企圖挑撥情緒
他是今日發表文告時指出，巫統就是國陣，國陣就是巫統。巫統和蔡細歷再一次證明，無論政府里面有沒有馬華都不重要。很顯然地，馬華的代表性不是為了服務華人或馬來西亞人，而是為了服務巫統而已。「當國陣、馬華和巫統只談華人大團結、馬來人大團結和回教大團結時，他們已被揭發玩弄種族牌和極端政治，犧牲一個馬來西亞或馬來西亞人大團結。」
他說，無論是首相拿督斯里納吉的馬來人及回教大團結，還是副首相丹斯里慕尤丁的「一個馬來人，一個土著」或「我首先是馬來人，其次才是馬來西亞人」，是與「一個馬來西亞」相符的。
他指出，蔡細歷不但沒有為巫統自相矛盾的立場辯護，他還企圖挑撥非馬來人和馬來人的情緒，說如果公正黨可以撤回聯邦憲法153條文和取消馬來人特別地位，他將會投票給公正黨，而民聯或行動黨的立場是尊重聯邦憲法153條文。
他說，行動黨向來要求全面認識及實踐153條文，因為條文不只保障馬來人的特別地位，也保障其它種族的合法權益。國陣領袖不但沒使用這項條文來富國強民及保護國人，反而令自己袋袋平安，完全違背施政公信力及透明度的基本原則。
他說，沒有人會相信馬華會如他們所威脅的那樣，當選民在來屆大選拒絕馬華時，他們會真的拒絕任何官職或官位。再說，如果選民拒絕國陣，為什麼馬華不敢退出國陣？不論馬華在大選里贏多贏少，他們還是有4個次要的部長職。
他指出，正如民政黨主席丹斯里許子根博士在2008年大選承諾他絕不會「走後門」成為上議員及部長，或像人聯黨拿督黃順舸，違背黨的意願，秘密地接受被委任為砂州內閣成員，沒有任何馬華領袖會拒絕及放棄他們一直在政治事業所爭取的高官機會。
